    Parents apply from home on the school's own admissions site, at any hour. You open and close it per session, set the registration fee and choose which details the form asks for, so a nursery seat and a Class 11 seat can ask different questions.

  • Documents attached to the application

    Parents upload birth certificates, photographs and previous marksheets themselves. They stay with the application instead of in a folder that can go missing.

  • Status without a phone call

    Parents check progress with the application number and the child's date of birth. There is no account to create and no call to the front desk.

  • Every enquiry has an owner

    Walk-in, phone and online enquiries are assigned to a named staff member with follow-up reminders, and each morning starts with the day's calls on screen.

  • Enquiry to application in one step

    A promising enquiry becomes an application with the family's details carried across. Nothing is typed twice.

  • The decision, recorded

    Review the application, schedule the entrance test, record the registration fee, then approve, hold or decline. Every step and every reason is kept against the applicant.

  • Approved today, enrolled today

    An accepted applicant becomes a student with a roll number, class, section and portal login issued automatically.

  • Transfer certificates with a dues check

    TC requests are checked against outstanding fees before approval, so no certificate is issued while dues remain.

  • RTE seats tracked separately

    Right to Education admissions are recorded on their own, so quota reporting is ready when it is requested.
