  • Fee structures per class

    Tuition, admission, transport, sports, examination and library fees in your own categories, monthly or one-time, with the number of instalments you use.

  • Bill the entire school at once

    Every class and every instalment is generated in one run instead of being entered student by student.

  • Online payments to your own account

    Parents pay by card, UPI or net banking through the school's own payment gateway account, so the money goes to the school's bank. The receipt is issued when the payment clears.

  • Counter payments, receipted

    Record cash at the counter and print the same receipt a parent would get online, with the school's name, address and the student's details.

  • Part payments recorded as they are

    A partial payment is recorded as partial. The balance carries forward and the status says so, so nobody is asked twice for money already paid.

  • Late fees applied automatically

    Charge a flat amount or a percentage from the due date you set, shown separately on the receipt rather than hidden in the total.

  • Concessions with approval

    Staff ward, sibling, merit or hardship concessions are requested, reviewed and approved by the right person, with the reason recorded.

  • Parents know where they stand

    What is due, paid and overdue, the next instalment date and every past receipt, available at any time.

  • Collections in real time

    Today's collection, outstanding amounts by class and a current defaulters list for the office, not a figure tallied at month end.

  • Transport fees added automatically

    A student assigned to a bus route is billed for it, with no separate transport register to reconcile.

  • Receipts sent without asking

    Receipts are emailed when a payment clears and are waiting in the family's portal.
