    Punch in, punch out and hours counted, with no muster roll or signature book at the gate.

  • Your rules, applied automatically

    Set the school day's start and end, what counts as late, how few hours make a half day, when overtime begins and which days are weekends. They apply to everyone.

  • A register that completes itself

    Anyone without a punch is marked absent automatically each day, rather than waiting for someone to notice a blank.

  • Parents know the same morning

    An absence reaches the family while the day can still be explained, not in a monthly summary.

  • Corrections with a reason

    A forgotten punch or a faulty reader is settled by the office with the reason recorded. The corrected figure is what payroll uses, and every edit is kept.

  • A month that stays closed

    Corrections are allowed for a set number of days. After that the month locks, so figures cannot change under a payslip that has already been issued.

  • Attendance feeds pay

    Present days, approved leave and half-days flow into the salary run, with no reconciliation between two systems that disagree.

  • The percentage, live

    Families see days present, days missed and the running percentage in the student portal, so a shortfall is visible in October rather than the week before exams.
